JIMMY CARTER PIE 
You may use a graham cracker crust or Choco-Nut crust.

BOTTOM LAYER:

1 c. powdered sugar
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/3 c. peanut butter
1 c. Cool Whip

Mix first 3 ingredients then fold in Cool Whip.

MIDDLE LAYER:

1 (6 oz.) pkg. chocolate instant pudding
2 1/2 c. milk (scant)

Mix together and pour over bottom layer.

TOP: Spread Cool Whip over top and sprinkle with chopped peanuts.
