APPLE CRUMBLE 
5 to 6 c. peeled and sliced apples (6 med. apples)
1 1/4 c. Bisquick baking mix
2/3 c. sugar
1 egg
1/4 c. butter, melted
1/2 tsp. cinnamon

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease square baking dish (8 x 8 x 2 inch) or rectangular baking dish (10 x 6 x 1 1/2 inch). Arrange apples in dish. If they are tart, sprinkle 1/4 c. sugar on the apples. Mix baking mix, the 2/3 c. sugar, and egg (slightly beaten) until crumbly. Sprinkle over apples. Drizzle butter over it and sprinkle cinnamon on top. Bake until topping is golden brown and apples are tender 30 to 35 minutes. Makes 6 servings.
