ANGEL WHIP STRAWBERRY PIE 
1 (3 oz.) pkg. strawberry flavored gelatin
1/2 c. instant dry milk
10 oz. frozen strawberries, thaw and drain reserving juice
1 prepared 9 inch pie crust

Prepare gelatin as package directs using strawberry juice in place of some of the water. Chill in bowl of electric mixer until very thick but not set. With mixer at high speed, gradually beat in dry milk. Whip until very light and fluffy. Gently fold in strawberries and spoon into pie shell. Chill until firm. Other flavors of gelatin and fruit may be substituted for the strawberry such as raspberry, orange, lime or lemon.
