CAKE:

2 c. Bisquick
2 tbsp. sugar
1 egg
2/3 c. cold water or milk

TOPPING:

2 tbsp. butter
1/3 c. Bisquick
1/3 c. brown sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon

Mix cake ingredients together and spread in a greased round 9" pan. Mix topping ingredients together until crumbly. Sprinkle on cake mixture. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes.
