COFFEE CAKE 
1 yellow cake mix
1 c. sour cream
4 eggs
1/2 c. oil
1 box vanilla instant pudding
1 tsp. vanilla
3 tbsp. cold water
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. white sugar

Beat together the cake mix, sour cream, eggs, oil, pudding, vanilla and water for 5 minutes. Set aside.

In a separate bowl mix sugars, cinnamon and nuts. Pour half the batter in a greased and floured pan. Spread half of cinnamon mixture on, then the remaining batter and top with cinnamon mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes.
