COCONUT PINEAPPLE PIE 
1/4 lb. butter or 1 stick
1 can crushed pineapple (8 oz.)
4 eggs, well beaten
2 c. sugar
1 can coconut (3 1/2 oz.)
2 uncooked pie shells

Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs and mix well. Add pineapple and coconut. Pour into unbaked pie shells. Bake for 40 to 45 minutes at 350 degrees.
