COCONUT AND PINEAPPLE PIE 
1/3 c. butter, softened
1 c. sugar (scant)
2 tbsp. flour
3 eggs, slightly beaten
8 oz. can crushed pineapple (do not drain)
1 1/4 c. coconut
1 (8 in.) pie shell

Mix butter, sugar, flour and eggs together. Add pineapple and coconut. Put in pie shell and bake in 350 degree oven until nicely browned - 50-60 minutes.
