BAKED ZITI 
1/2 lb. lean ground beef, cooked and drained
1 lb. ziti macaroni, cooked
1 qt. jar spaghetti sauce
1 egg
2 c. Ricotta cheese or lowfat cottage cheese
1 (16 oz.) part skim Mozzarella cheese, cubed
10 oz. spinach, cooked and drained
1 tbsp. parsley flakes

Mix egg and parsley into Ricotta cheese. Mix all ingredients together in a 2 1/2 quart casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
