BAKED FRUIT 
2 tbsp. butter
1/4 c. flour
1/2 to 3/4 c. coconut
1/3 c. packed brown sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 lg. can drained pineapple chunks
1 lg. can drained, sliced peaches
1 lg. can drained, sliced pears
May also add apples (if desired)

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. While preheating, melt butter in 1 1/2 quart casserole. Remove from oven and stir in coconut, flour, brown sugar, and salt. Mix thoroughly with fork. Add fruits and toss lightly. Bake at 400 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes until hot and bubbly. Serve warm.
