1 3/4 c. sugar 4 eggs 1 c. butter 1 tsp. vanilla 1 c. all-purpose flour 4 squares semi-sweet chocolate Combine sugar, flour and eggs. Blend, do not beat. Melt chocolate and butter in saucepan. Combine chocolate mixture, flour mixture and vanilla. Do not beat. Pour into paper lined muffin cups. Bake at 325 degrees for 30 minutes. Yield: 2 dozen. BUTTER CREAM FROSTING: 1 lb. Domino confectioners' sugar 1/4 lb. (1/2 c.) soft butter 1//8 tsp. salt 1 tsp. vanilla extract 3-4 tbsp. milk Cream 1/3 sugar with butter and salt in large bowl. Blend extract, 2 tablespoons milk and remaining sugar into mixture. Gradually add remaining milk to bring frosting to desired consistency. |
