REGINA'S HAM SALAD 
1 sm. pkg. lemon Jello
1 c. ham
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
1 c. mayonnaise
1 c. boiling water
1 tsp. grated onion
2 tsp. vinegar
1/2 c. crushed pineapple

Stir lemon Jello and boiling water until dissolved; chill. Add 1 cup leftover cooked ground ham and remaining ingredients; refrigerate.
