CHERRY CHOCOLATE CAKE 
1 pkg. chocolate cake mix
3 eggs
1 (21 oz.) can cherry fruit filling
1 c. sugar
5 tbsp. butter
1/3 c. milk
1 (6 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolates

Combine cake mix, eggs and fruit filling. Mix until well blended. Pour into greased and floured 9"x13" pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes. Frost when cool with the following: In a small saucepan, combine sugar, butter and milk; bring to a boil, stir constantly and cook 1 minute. Remove from heat. Stir in chocolate pieces until smooth and melted. Spread over cake.
