CAJUN CAKE 
1/2 lb. butter
4 eggs
1 1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. cocoa
1 c. coconut
1 c. chopped walnuts
6 1/2 oz. jar marshmallow cream

ICING:

1/4 lb. butter
1 tbsp. vanilla
1 lb. box powdered sugar
1/2 c. cocoa
1/2 c. milk

CAKE: Mix all ingredients in large bowl except marshmallow cream. Pour into greased and floured 13 x 9 x 2 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for about 25 minutes. Remove from oven and spread marshmallow cream. Let cool, then ice.
