CAJUN CAKE 
12 oz. box vanilla wafers
1 c. butter
2 c. sugar
6 eggs
7 oz. flaked coconut
1 c. chopped pecans
1 tsp. vanilla
Pinch of salt
1/2 c. milk

Cream sugar and butter. Add and beat 1 egg at a time. Crush wafers (with rolling pin) and add with milk. Mix in other ingredients. Bake in a greased and floured bundt or tube pan. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 1/2 hours. Let it get slightly cook before turning upside down. Do not use icing.
