CALIFORNIA CASSEROLE | |
1 lb. hamburger 1 can creamed corn (16 1/2 oz.) 1/2 c. chopped black olives 1/4 - 1/2 c. chopped green peppers 1 med. onion, chopped 1 can (8 oz.) tomato sauce 1 can tomato soup 2 tsp. chili powder 1 tsp. dry mustard Dash garlic powder Dash basil Wide noodles 1 c. Cheddar cheese, grated Brown hamburger, add onions and green peppers. Drain excess fat. Add remaining ingredients except for noodles and cheese. Simmer 10-15 minutes. Add cooked noodle and put in casserole. Top with cheese. Bake 1/2 hour at 375 degrees. Can be made the night before, if refrigerated, bake for 45 minutes. Given to me by my sister, Karleen Clark. |
