1 c. butter 1/2 c. sugar 2 c. flour Cream butter and sugar. Work in flour, 1 cup at a time. Roll in small balls. Put on ungreased cookie sheet. Press hole in top of each cookie with your thumb. Fill each cookie with strawberry or raspberry jam or of your choice. Bake in 375 degree oven for 10 to 12 minutes. Remove to rack to cool. |
