1 c. sugar
2 c. flour
4 tbsp. cocoa
2 tsp. baking soda
1 c. cold water
1 c. mayonnaise

Sift together sugar, flour, cocoa and baking soda. Add water and mayonnaise. Mix thoroughly. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes.
