2 c. flour
1 c. sugar
4 tbsp. cocoa
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 c. mayonnaise
1 c. cold water
2 tsp. vanilla

Grease and flour cake pan. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Sift together dry ingredients. Then add the rest of ingredients. Mix well. Bake for 35 minutes. Lower heat after first 15 minutes. Remove from oven and cool.
