CHOCOLATE CRINKLE COOKIES 
2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
2 c. flour
1 pkg. vanillin sugar
1/4 tsp. coffee (dissolved in 1 tsp. hot water)
4 eggs
1/2 c. powdered sugar
1 c. cocoa
1 tsp. vanilla
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 c. oil

Mix together all ingredients except powdered sugar. Refrigerate the dough at least half an hour. Then pour the powdered sugar into a bowl. With floured hands, form balls of the dough, roll them in the powdered sugar and place them on a greased cookie sheet.

Bake 10-12 minutes at 350 degrees. Do not overbake.

(Hint: While baking one batch, put remaining dough back in the refrigerator.)

Makes about 5 dozen cookies.
