RAY'S VEGETABLE SALAD | |
1 head cauliflower, stems removed and broken into sm. flowerettes 1 bunch broccoli, stems removed and broken into sm. flowerettes 1 c. diced harp Cheddar cheese 1/2 chopped onion 1/2 c. diced green pepper 1/2 c. chopped celery 1 c. sour cream 1/2 c. mayonnaise 1 pkg. Good Seasons dry garlic plus herb dressing mix (Schillings Salad Supreme seasoning, if desired) In large bowl, combine cauliflower, broccoli, cheese, onion, green pepper, and celery. In small bowl, combine and mix sour cream, mayonnaise, and dry dressing mix. Toss with prepared vegetables until coated. Turn mixture into serving bowl; cover and refrigerate for 24 hours. Just before serving, sprinkle with Schillings salad seasoning to taste, if desired. Makes about 10 servings. |
