FRUIT DUMPLINGS 
1 pt. fruit
2 tbsp. butter
Dash of salt
Dash of lemon juice
1 c. water or fruit juice

DUMPLINGS:

1 c. biscuit mix
2 tbsp. sugar
1/2 c. milk
2 tbsp. melted butter

Bring fruit, sugar, butter, slat, lemon juice, and water to gentle bubbling boil. Lower heat and add dumplings. Cover pan tightly and let dumplings rise for 10 minutes.
