STROMBOLI 
Rich's bread dough
Oil
Green peppers
Onions
1/2 lb. ham slices or minute steak, cooked; drain grease
1/2 lb. Mozzarella cheese
1/2 lb. pepperoni
Tomatoes
Seasonings (hot pepper, garlic salt, oregano)
1 (6 oz.) can tomato sauce (optional)

Cook 2 green peppers in water with onions until they are soft. Drain water. Roll loaf of bread dough with teaspoon oil on hands to flatten on a cookie sheet. Put cheese and ham on dough then slice tomatoes on top. Then add sliced pepperoni (a stick or half) then add onions and peppers. Shake hot pepper and garlic salt onto it. Roll dough over everything; press edges with fingers. Shake oregano on top of dough. Cook at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. When done, slice and dip in tomato sauce.
