SPINACH SALAD 
1 (1 lb.) pkg. fresh spinach, washed twice
A few fresh mushrooms, sliced
Bacos (optional)
1/2 c. chick peas, drained
1 Spanish onion, sliced fine
1 pkg. Good Seasons Italian dressing made with Mazola oil and wine vinegar

Dry the spinach leaves. Tear into bite size pieces and place in salad bowl. Add the mushrooms and some chick peas and the onion. Toss well. Prepare the dressing and mix well. Just before serving, shake the dressing well and pour desired amount (approximately 1/2 cup) on the salad. Top with Bacos if desired. Serves 8. 126 calories per serving.
