1/2 c. warm mashed potatoes
1 lb. powdered sugar, sifted
3/4 c. peanut butter

Combine potatoes and powdered sugar. Roll out into an oblong shape. Spread with peanut butter. Roll up like a jelly roll. Slice and refrigerate.
