1 c. sugar
1 c. brown sugar
1 c. shortening
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. flour, plain
3 c. corn flakes
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt

Beat sugars, shortening, eggs and vanilla together. Stir in the rest of the ingredients and mix well. The dough will be very stiff. Drop by teaspoonfuls 2" apart on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 10 minutes at 375 degrees. Cool slightly before removing the cookies. These are very good and this recipe make a bunch.
