QUICK SPANISH RICE 
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. butter
1 (15 oz.) can crushed tomatoes
2 c. hot water
1/3 c. chopped green pepper
2 c. Minute rice
1 lb. hamburger

Saute onion and green pepper in butter. Add hamburger, cook until brown, drain fat. Add rice, tomatoes and water. Mix well, simmer uncovered for 5 minutes. Serves 6. Can substitute ground turkey for hamburger.
