INDIVIDUAL CHERRY CHEESE CAKES 
2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
3/4 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. vanilla
24 Vanilla Wafers
cherry pie filling

Cream sugar and cheese together; add eggs one at a time. Add lemon juice and vanilla; beat well. Place vanilla wafers in cup cake papers in muffin pan, top with one tablespoon of batter.

Bake at 325°F for 20 - 25 minutes. Cool slightly. Remove paper when completely cooled topping with cherry pie filling.
