WILD RICE CASSEROLE 
1 pkg. UNCLE BEN'S® long grain wild rice
8 slices of American cheese, grated
2 med. onions, diced
1 lg. green pepper, diced
1 (4 1/2 oz.) can mushroom
1 c. of Half and Half, cream in carton

Cook rice according to package, but add more salt. Saute' onions, green pepper and mushrooms in 1 stick butter, until tender. Place a layer of rice, then sauteed ingredients and then cheese into a quart casserole dish. End with the cheese on top. Pour the Half and Half over this. Bake in oven for 30 minutes at 400 degrees.
