JUMERS CINNAMON ROLLS
1 cup sugar
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 pkg. dry yeast
1/4 cup warm water
1/2 cup (1 stick) butter
3 cups Bisquick
1 cup milk

Mix sugar and cinnamon; set aside.

Mix 1 package dry yeast and 1/4 cup warm water; set aside.

Melt one stick butter and set aside.

Mix 3 cups Bisquick and 1 cup milk (until crumbly). Add dry yeast mixture and blend well. Let set 15 minutes. Divide mixture into fourths. Roll onto oblong (rectangular shape).

Brush with melted butter and put sugar-cinnamon mixture on top. Roll into tight rolls and cut into 1/4 to 1/2-inch slices, not all the way through.

Brush top of rolls with butter and sprinkle sugar-cinnamon on top. Put on greased cookie sheet and slightly stretch the dough to allow oven to bake between slices. Let set on cookie sheet approximately 10 minutes and then bake approximately 20 minutes in an oven heat of 350°F. Cool and put in dish.

Jumers Cinnamon Rolls

 Suzanne (United States) says:
I have another recipe for Jumer cinnamon rolls that I have made before but I decided to use this one because the instructions were better. There is too much liquid in the recipe. The dough was way to sticky and I have to add a good bit of flour to make it workable. My husband still like them. My other recipe called for 1/2 cup water rather than 1 cup of milk. That turned out perfect.
