BRUSSELS SPROUTS BUTTER BROWN | |
2 (1 lb.) pkgs. frozen Brussels sprouts 2 tbsp. vegetable oil 4 tbsp. butter 1/2 tsp. garlic salt 1 tbsp. Accent Cook Brussels sprouts according to directions and drain well. In a large skillet, add vegetable oil and butter. When butter is melted, add Brussels sprouts and season with garlic salt and Accent. Fry sprouts for 5 to 8 minutes, stirring occasionally. Yield: 6 to 8. |
