HOT TURKEY SALAD 
1 1/2 c. cooked, cubed turkey
1 c. diced celery
1/2 c. slivered toasted almonds
1 1/2 tsp. grated onion
1/4 c. chopped green pepper
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
2/3 c. mayonnaise
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1/4 c. sliced stuffed olives; optional
1/2 c. grated American cheese
1 c. potato chips

Toss all ingredients except cheese and potato chips, together lightly but thoroughly. Place mixture in a well greased 8 x 8 x 2 inch pan. Sprinkle top with cheese and potato chips. Bake at 375 degrees 20-25 minutes or until lightly brown. Makes 4-5 servings.
