Use your favorite chocolate cupcake recipe or cake mix
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, room temperature
1/2 c. sugar
1 egg
1 c. chocolate chips
Pinch salt

Fill cupcake liners with cake mix as usual. Set aside. Mix cream cheese, sugar, eggs and salt until creamy. Stir in chocolate chips. Spoon rounded teaspoons of mixture into center of cupcakes and bake as recipe or mix directs. The filling will drop to the bottom.
