AFRICAN CURRY 
Cooked chicken, cut in bite size
1 onion, chopped
2 garlic buds, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
1 lg. can tomato sauce
1 lg. can tomatoes
1 c. celery, chopped
1 c. carrots, chopped
3 lg. yellow squash
3 tbsp. curry powder (or to taste)

Saute in butter, onion, garlic, green pepper. Add tomato sauce, canned tomatoes, celery, carrots and yellow squash. Cook until thick. Add cooked chicken. Serve on rice. Have bowls of pineapple chunks, sliced bananas, coconut and peanuts.
