NANNY'S PECAN PIE 
1/4 c. Pet milk
1 c. sugar
1/4 c. butter
3 tbsp. dark Karo syrup
1 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs
1 c. chopped pecans
1 (9 inch) unbaked pie shell

Mix sugar and butter, then syrup and milk. Beat well. Add eggs one at a time, beating thoroughly after each. Stir in pecans - pour into unbaked pie shell. Bake in oven for 50 minutes at 350 degrees.
