PEARL'S PEACH PIE | |
9 inch pie shell 1 lg. can sliced peaches Preheat oven to 250 degrees F. Pour peaches in pie shell. Leave enough juice in can to put 1/2 tablespoon flour. Beat until smooth. Pour over peaches. Sprinkle 3/4 cup sugar, 1 tablespoon nutmeg, 1 tablespoon cinnamon. Cut in small pieces one stick of butter. Sprinkle butter over sugar. Strip top mixture with pie crust. Bake at 250 degrees F. for 45 minutes or until golden brown. |
