CHICKEN CASSEROLE | |
3-4 lb. chicken 1 can cream of chicken soup 1 can cream of celery soup 1 soup can of milk 1 1/2 c. chicken broth 1 stick butter, melted 1 pkg. herb flavored stuffing mix (Pepperidge Farms) Boil chicken, debone and spread in bottom of 9 x 13 inch casserole dish. Combine broth, melted butter and stuffing mix; sprinkle over chicken and bake at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes. |
