CHICKEN MARENGO 
1 frying chicken, disjointed
1 tsp. paprika
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tsp. lemon juice
4 tbsp. white wine
4 tbsp. butter
1 medium can tomato sauce
1 sm. can tomato paste
1 can water
1 tsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. ginger
1 can mushrooms
1 c. sour cream
Salt and pepper to taste

Season chicken with salt, pepper, and paprika. Rub well with garlic and lemon juice. Heat butter; brown chicken well on both sides. Add wine, tomato sauce, paste, water, sugar, ginger, and mushrooms (and juice in mushroom can). Cook until chicken is tender. Stir in sour cream just before serving. Stir well to insure heating.
