MARBLE CHEESECAKE 
1 c. graham cracker crumbs
3 tbsp. sugar
3 tbsp. butter, melted
3 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese
3/4 c. sugar
3 tbsp. flour
1 tsp. vanilla
3 eggs
1 (1 oz.) sq. unsweetened chocolate, melted

Combine crumbs, sugar (3 tablespoons), and butter; press onto bottom of 9 inch springform pan. Bake at 350 degrees, 10 minutes. Combine softened cream cheese, sugar, flour and vanilla; mixing at medium speed with electric mixer until well blended. Blend in eggs. Blend chocolate into 1 cup batter.

Spoon plain and chocolate batters alternately over crust; cut through batter for marble effect. Bake at 450 degrees for 10 minutes. Reduce oven to 250 degrees. Continue baking 30 minutes. Loosen cake from rim; cool before removing rim. Chill. Garnish with whipped cream if desired.
