ONION DIP CHICKEN 
2 fryers, cut up
1 (1 3/8 oz.) env. onion soup mix
1 c. soft bread crumbs (2 slices)
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper

Remove skin from chicken, if you wish; cut away small bones from breast pieces. Combine soup mix, bread crumbs, salt, and pepper in a paper bag. Shake chicken pieces, a few at a time, in mixture to coat well. Place, not touching, in a single layer in a buttered large, shallow baking dish. Bake in oven on 350 degrees for 1 hour or until chicken is tender and richly browned.
