CARROT - RAISIN SALAD 
2 c. carrots, scraped & shredded
1/2 c. raisins
1/2 c. water
1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple

Put raisins in water and bring to boil. Set aside until cool. Combine carrots, raisins with water and pineapple with juice. Chill. You may have to add a little more pineapple juice. 4 servings.
