CARROT AND RAISIN SALAD 
8 carrots, finely shredded
1 c. raisins
1 tsp. vinegar
1 1/4 c. mayonnaise
3 tbsp. honey
1 tsp. cinnamon

Combine carrots, raisins and vinegar in a bowl; mix well. Combine mayonnaise, honey and cinnamon in a small bowl. Mix well. Pour over carrots, mix well. Chill covered for 2 hours to several days.
