ONION PIE 
9 inch pie plate
48 salted crackers, mash fine
1 cube butter, melt & pour over crackers (save 1/3 for top) press balance into
pie dish
2 to 3 lg. clear onions, peel & shred, fry in butter until soft, put in pie
shell
1/2 lb. sharp cheese, grate & place over onions
1 1/2 c. milk, heat almost to boiling
2 eggs, beaten, pour hot milk over eggs & continue beating

Pour egg and milk mixture over cheese. Sprinkle remaining crackers and butter mixture on top. Sprinkle with paprika. Bake for 1/2 hour at 350 degrees.
