HOT FRUIT SALAD | |
1 can peaches 1 can pears 1 can sliced pineapple 1 can apricots 1 jar spiced apple rings 1/2 c. red sweet wine 1/2 c. brown sugar 1/2 stick butter Drain all fruit. Save 1/2 cup juice. Cut fruit. Layer fruit with apples on top. Heat butter, sugar, and 1/2 cup of fruit juice. Melt together. Put wine in mixture. Pour hot mixture over fruit. Let cool and marinate in refrigerator. Heat before serving. |
