PEPPER RELISH 
1 lg. cabbage
6 lg. cucumbers
6 bell peppers
6 lg. onions
4 to 6 green tomatoes
Hot peppers to season
1 tbsp. salt
1/2 c. sugar
4 c. vinegar

Grind up all ingredients together. Add sugar, vinegar and salt. Bring to boil, cook 5 to 7 minutes. Put in jars and seal. Refrigerate before eating. Makes 10 jars.
