PORK TENDERLOIN 
3 pork tenderloins
3 eggs, beaten
Bread crumbs
Salt & pepper
Butter for browning

SAUCE:

1 lg. can tomatoes
1/4 c. vinegar
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. allspice
1 tsp. cloves

Dip the tenderloins in the beaten eggs, roll in bread crumbs then brown in butter. Season with salt and pepper. Combine all ingredients for the sauce and boil for three minutes. Pour over the tenderloins and bake, covered, for 2 hours at 300 degrees.
