ALMONDINE FISH 
1/2 c. butter, melted
3 tbsp. ReaLemon Lemon Juice from Concentrate
3 tbsp. sliced almonds, toasted
1 lb. fish fillets, fresh or frozen, thawed

Combine butter and ReaLemon brand; reserve 1/4 cup. Add almonds to remaining butter mixture; set aside. Broil or grill fish as desired, basting frequently with reserved mixture. Serve with almond sauce. Refrigerate leftovers.

HERB FISH:

Omit almonds. Add 1 teaspoon dill weed.

GARLIC FISH:

Omit almonds. Add 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder.
