NEVER FAIL PIE CRUST 
3 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
5 tbsp. water
1 1/4 c. Crisco
1 tbsp. white vinegar (optional)
1 egg

Beat egg, vinegar and water. Mix flour, salt and Crisco with fork. Add liquids to form dough. Roll out. Freeze what you don't use for later.

Enough for 2 pies.
