SUMMER SALAD 
2 (7 oz.) box ring macaroni, cooked
1 c. chopped celery
1 c. onion, chopped
2 c. chopped cucumbers
2 c. shredded carrots

DRESSING:

1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1 1/2 c. Miracle Whip
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. vinegar (may be a little less)
1 1/2 c. sugar

Mix together; put in refrigerator overnight. Garnish with nutmeg and green onions. Serves 12 to 20.
