TURTLE CAKE 
1 box German chocolate cake mix (Pillsbury Plus)
6 oz. chopped pecans
7 oz. can Eagle Brand milk
14 oz. caramels
1/2 lb. butter
6 oz. milk chocolate chips

Mix cake as on package. Bake 1/2 of mixture in a greased pan for 15 minutes on 350 degrees.

In double boiler melt caramels, butter and milk. After melted remove form heat and let cool slightly. Pour over baked half of cake.

Sprinkle top with pecans and chocolate chips.

Pour remaining half of cake mixture on top. Bake again at 350 degrees for about 25 minutes.
