VEGETABLE GARDEN SOUP 
2 c. beef broth
1 1/2 c. precooked beef roast or ground beef
3 c. tomato juice
7 c. water
4 c. cabbage, chopped
1 c. onion, chopped
1 c. celery, diced
1 c. carrots, chopped
1 c. corn, cut off cob or canned
1 tbsp. salt
1/4 to 1/2 tsp. pepper
1 c. potatoes, diced
2 c. green beans

Simmer for 2 hours. Makes 2 gallons.
